Online Support and Coaching (SA)

I offer 60-minute online creative coaching, counseling & support sessions.

I guide my clients to use creative activities to engage with their problem stories.

I believe if we engage with our problems in a creative manner we can find creative solutions for the way forward.

I listen well and reflect on what I hear and observe; that way, the client can discover their solutions to problems.

When the client is “stuck” I ask open-ended questions to help them to access new information about their problem stories.
Sometimes I give important information about their specific challenge (eg. parenting after divorce/grief after relationship loss) and introduce them to techniques or practices they can use to “create a new story” and take responsibility for their mental (and sometimes physical) wellbeing.
